Please contact us as soon as possible and do not leave it to the last moment! Creating a warm, cosy and pleasant atmosphere isn't just a final brush stoke on a canvas. Best solutions start from a very technical details like electricity plan. Sometimes we also have suggestions for the architectural solutions. So, if possible, it's the best to work on the project together with the architect from early on. Please contact us info@maritilison.com

This depends on the product(s) you have purchased.
All Longing For Sleep collection items are made to order and it takes approximately 4-5 weeks to make them.
Black Heart collection items will be shipped in 2-3 working days. Please allow more time during holidays.

When will my order arrive? When will my order arrive?

Free Express Delivery will be at your doorstep in 2-3 working days depending on the location. Regular recorded post delivery can take up to 5-9 working days for European countries and up to 21 working days for rest of the world. Payment and customs issues may cause delays, but usually it doesn't take that long, though. Please contact us at info@maritilison.com in case you haven't received your parcel in that timeframe.

We would be very sad to hear if you need to return anything, but you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags included. In case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be refunded. We reserve the right to keep a €9 handling fee for returned items. In the event of an exchange, we will send you the new product without any additional shipping cost.

You can try on our Black Heart collection t-shirts at the Estonian Design House. Unfortunately, we do not have a public showroom at the moment, but please email your request to info@maritilison.com, and we will see what we can do!
