Lõõtsa 1a in Tallinn, Estonia.
Opened in 2025.
The headquarters of Tripod, one of Estonia’s leading recruitment companies, is located in Ülemiste City in a typical office building with a neutral grey interior. The client’s goal was to transform the space into a warm, welcoming environment where employees would enjoy working and guests would feel genuinely welcome.
The office was given a fresh identity through warm sand-toned flooring, carefully
selected lighting, custom-designed furniture and recreational amenities. The refresh
created a more inviting and comfortable atmosphere, with employees increasingly
choosing the office over working from home.
